Having a membership plan has many benefits, as it makes the process of collecting the membership fee and managing the members easier. Here’s how to create a Membership Plan:

  1. Go to the Community Section on your TacitKey account.

  2. Choose the Community name for which you want to create a Membership Plan. 

  3. Click on “Manage Members” on the left sidebar. 

  4. You will be directed to a Manage Members page. Now, click on Create A Membership Plan.

  5. Start by providing the Name, Description, Plan, Price, and Color of the Membership type.

    1. Name: Give a unique and attractive Membership Plan name for users to remember. 

    2. Description: Give a detailed description about the benefits of being a part of the membership type. This will give users a gist of what the membership type is all about. 

    3. Plan: It is very important to choose from the type of membership plans - Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, and Yearly. 

    4. Price: To provide the price for the membership type is very important. This will help members to know what the price towards the membership type is. 

    5. Color: To differentiate the membership types, along with a unique name, provide a unique color towards each type too. 

  6. If you want to add more than one membership type, click on “Add Membership”

  7. Once you have created all the membership types, click on the UPDATE button.

  8. The membership plan will be successfully added to your Community.
